The property, renovated by Lunini’s brother, Matteo and Francesco, offers 123 m² of bright and functional living space, the apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and every comfort needed for short or extended stays of up to six guests.
Its central location provides easy access to the railway station, public transport, shops, restaurants and the main local services, while the ski lifts, hiking trails and many seasonal activities of the Leventina Valley are all within easy reach.
From the slopes of Airolo-Pesciüm to summer excursions, the museums of the Gotthard region, local gastronomy and alpine landscapes, Casa Lunini is an ideal starting point for discovering the surrounding area and experiencing authentic mountain life.

Cost per night
The total cost for one night is 235 CHF per day.
The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests, with practical, integrated solutions for children and infants, ensuring a comfortable, convenient, and safe stay for all families.
To maintain a spotless environment, a professional cleaning of the apartment is mandatory at the end of each stay.
This service is provided at a cost of 140 CHF.
Check in & Check out
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
